Well, you asked for it, and after twenty years, we heard you!
Starting Tuesday, September 6, our Santikos Silverado location at Bandera and Loop 1604 will start Phase One of a two-phase remodel that, when completed, will give our community the absolute best entertainment experience in town! This will bring our Silverado guests MORE of our newest and most exciting features. Just ask our CEO Tim Handren who said, "When we start this remodel on September 6, you won't recognize anything on the inside when we're done!"
What does this mean for our guests and community?
PHASE ONE
Phase One will focus on changing the current, and original seats to our ultimate get comfy and kick-back luxury recliners. In addition, what's the point in mama getting new couches if daddy doesn't get a new tv, too? Auditoriums 1-9 are all getting the latest and greatest sound and laser projection upgrades! Three auditoriums will have our AVX Ultimate Audio Visual Experience with bigger screens, 4K laser projection, and Dolby Atmos sound. Those that love a more private experience will also love the brand-new VIP auditoriums solely for private events.
PHASE TWO
The fun starts to heat up in phase two when we tear down auditoriums 10-16 to create the Ultimate Family Entertainment Center. We are talking MORE Bowling with 14 lanes to practice your best Kingpin impersonation, and 2 of those will be exclusive VIP Bowling. MORE Arcades, featuring over 60 of the hottest action-to-be-had games. We will have new party rooms, a top-of-the-line sports bar, new concessions, and all kinds of kitchen upgrades. As our CEO said, "There were plans to improve the theater just before the pandemic. But we weren't thinking quite this bold! It's time to go big and give our guests in this area of town something they don't have."
We are excited to move through this remodel and ask you, please pardon our dust. In the meantime, we'll keep serving you so we can all do MORE for our community.
