Our Event Specialists are ready to roll out the red carpet and make booking your educational outing a breeze. From selecting the perfect film to coordinating every detail, we ensure you have more time to enjoy the spotlight with your students. Let's make your next school trip a blockbuster hit!

Premium Field Trip Experience Includes:

Reserved Private Screening: Enjoy exclusivity with a reserved private screening, perfect for presentations or entertainment.
Golden Combo: Each student receives our Golden Combo, which includes a small popcorn and a small drink. Enjoy unlimited refills on soft drinks and ICEEs throughout your visit.
Get your Game On: Each student receives a 30-minute arcade card (not available at Embassy).
Add-ons Available: Customize your event further with additional options, available at an additional cost.

Ultimate Field Trip Experience Includes:

Time for Bowling: Enjoy 1.5 hours of bowling with shoe rental (available at our Casa Blanca, Cibolo, New Braunfels, and Silverado locations only).

20 guest minimum to book.
Applicable sales tax charge applied at time of booking.
Field trips of 50 or more guests will include an additional insurance fee.
Field trips can be booked Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. local time, excluding school holidays and breaks.
