Q: When does my free birthday pass expire?
A: Birthday passes are issued on the day of your birthday and valid for 14 days. Rewards can only be redeemed in-theater. The birthday reward is subject to shield engagements and only valid for a 2D ticket. Premium experiences will be subject to an additional cost. Members are responsible for ensuring their birthday is entered 48 hours in advance and their membership is fully activated to receive the free ticket reward. Incomplete or missing information will result in inability to award member the free ticket.
Q: Forget to use your Santikos Rewards?
A: That’s not a problem at all. Bring your receipt(s) to Guest Services at the theater you made the purchase at and they will gladly credit your account within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase. After fourteen (14) days no points can be awarded.
Q: How do I sign into my Santikos Rewards account?
A: Simply click this link (https://www.santikos.com/loyalty/signin) and you will be directed to the sign in page. Your username will be your email address and your password is your cell phone number.

Q: I have recently signed up for Santikos Rewards and would like to use the free new member movie ticket and large popcorn.
A: The free new member movie ticket and large popcorn can only be redeemed in-theater at any Santikos location and takes up to 24 hours to be applied to your account. The new member movie ticket is subject to shield engagements and only valid for a 2D ticket. Premium experiences will be subject to an additional cost.
Q: What happened to all my points?
A: Once your account reaches 75 points, those points are converted to 5.00 Redemption Dollars. Your Redemption Dollars can only be redeemed in-theater at any Santikos location.
Q: Can I get points from ticket purchases from a third party, such as Fandango or Atom tickets?
A: Points are not awarded from purchases made through Fandango, Atom Tickets, or any other third party. To earn points, make sure that you are logged into the Santikos.com website, mobile app or you provide your phone number to the Santikos team member assisting you at the theater.
Q: I just signed up for Santikos Rewards. Will I receive a card?
A: We no longer issue physical cards. We locate your account using your phone number, name, or email.
Q: I can’t remember my password, how do I reset it?
A: To reset your password, click here (https://www.santikos.com/loyalty/resetpassword) . You will enter your email address and will be sent an email with instructions to reset your password.
Q: What can I purchase with my redemption dollars?
A: Your redemption dollars can be used to purchase movie tickets, food and beverage items, and bowling. Your redemption dollars cannot be used for gift cards, SuperSavers, alcohol, arcade purchases, auditorium rentals, group shows, field trips, catering events or for other similar events.
Q: Can I use Redemption Dollars to buy tickets online?
A: Yes! Sign in to your account when purchasing tickets and select reward dollars as a payment type when checking out.
Q: Why have I not received any rewards?
A: To receive rewards from Santikos Rewards, please make sure you are subscribed to emails or text messages, and all your personal information is current on your account. Incorrect or missing information may result in inability to receive rewards.
Q: I lost my card! Do I need to create a new account or can I get another card?
A: There is no need to create a new account, and our program does not use cards anymore! We can simply find your account by looking up your phone number, name or email. If you would like to update your lost card number for security reasons, click the “Contact Us” button at the bottom.
Q: Do my points expire?
A: As long as you remain an active member and make at least one purchase every year using your membership, your points or redemption dollars will not expire. Memberships with no activity or purchases for 24 consecutive months may have their membership removed due to inactivity. See program terms and conditions for full details.
Q: Are rewards viewable and/or redeemable on the website?
A: Available rewards are not yet viewable or redeemable on Santikos.com. Rewards can be viewed on the Santikos Premiere Mobile App but not redeemable. Rewards can only be redeemed in-theater.
Q: Can I sign my child(ren) up for Santikos Rewards?
A: Santikos Rewards is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. Members between the ages of 13 and 18, may use Santikos Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by program Terms & Conditions.
Q: Do I earn points for booking a private event, birthday party, group ticket or other similar events at Santikos?
No, unfortunately private events, birthday parties, group tickets or other similar events are not eligible for points. See program terms and conditions for full details.
Q: My account is inactive. What can I do to activate it?
A: You can activate your account by paying the one-time $8 membership fee at any Santikos theater or by signing into your account and selecting “Upgrade Now”. After upgrading your account, you will be awarded a free large popcorn and movie ticket. The free movie ticket is subject to shield engagements and only valid for a 2D ticket. Premium experiences will be subject to an additional cost.
Q: Do I earn points on concession purchases?
A: Yes! You earn points on most purchases at Santikos theaters and on Santikos.com. Points may not be earned when purchasing gift cards, SuperSavers, arcade purchases, auditorium rentals, group shows, field trips, catering events or for other similar events.
Q: Can I earn points for purchasing Gift Cards, eGift Cards or SuperSavers?
A: Points may not be earned when purchasing Santikos Gift Cards, eGift Cards or SuperSavers. Points may however be earned when redeeming a Santikos Gift Card or eGift Card when making qualifying purchases. SuperSavers and Rain Checks do not earn points when being redeemed.
Q: I have more than one Santikos Rewards account, can I merge them to one account?
A: Yes, please use the “Contact Us” button at the bottom. Be sure to include which email is your primary and we will take care of the rest! Please note that your current points and redemption dollars will merge, but previous history of purchases or live tickets will not merge. Free memberships are not eligible for merging as they do not earn points or rewards.
Q: Can I share my membership with others or an organization?
A: Santikos Rewards is intended for individual use only. The program is not available to organizations, legal entities or groups such as, but not limited to, businesses, churches, daycares, non-profits, etc. See program terms and conditions for full details.
Q: The Santikos Team Member didn’t get my information at the register, where can I enter this online to get credit for my purchase?
A: You are not able to enter purchases online. Bring your receipt to Guest Services at the theater where you made the purchase at and they will gladly credit your account within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase. After fourteen (14) days no points can be awarded.
