There are two options when renting a private theatre:
Option one: Watch a currently showing film Option two: Host a meeting, party, or watch a movie on DVD
Option One Pricing: There is a flat rental rate in addition to a ticket for 75% of the auditorium’s capacity.

Option Two Pricing: An hourly rate will apply for any events not showing a currently playing film. Please note there is a two hour minimum.

If you would like to project anything onto the screen a Digital Projection Package fee will be applicable. Digital Projection Fee $300.00 The Digital Projection Package includes a use of a digital projector, a wireless microphone, and a DVD player. If you have a Power Point presentation you must furnish your own laptop computer. If you only need a microphone, the fee is $25.00.
Other Important Information: • All rentals are time padded with our typical thirty minute intermission used for vacating the auditorium and clean-up. If you will need more time than this to set-up or welcome your guests, that time will be included in your hourly rate. • There is no outside food or drink allowed into Santikos Theatres, however, we do offer full service catering and traditional movie fare. • Event times are based on availability, we are on a first contract signed, first served basis. Movie selections are based on availability and are subject to approval by the film companies. • Typically film companies do not let us have private showings of a release in its first week, however, they do allow us to sell out a show at full price. • All concession, drink, or food coupons must be redeemed during your event. There will be no refunds on unused coupons and they will not be redeemable at a later date.

Payment is due in full 7 days prior to the event. Credit Cards or Corporate Checks accepted at our office.
*The client will be responsible for any damages occurring on event site and liable for injuries to participants and guests of the event as well as damages or loss of client's equipment or properties. *Seven day requirement for cancellations; failure to cancel seven days prior to event date will result in the loss of deposit. Paid events may be rescheduled with at least forty eight hours notice but not refunded. *Failure to reschedule two days prior to event will result in loss of payment.
