Field Trip Terms and Conditions:

• Minimum 100 people. *No exceptions
• 9:30am arrival time- Monday thru Friday
• Movie will start promptly at 9:45am. Due to advance scheduling of other movie showtimes for the day, theatre cannot delay starting show.
• The average length of movies is 2 hours
• A deposit of 100 tickets paid in advance at the corporate office one week prior to fieldtrip.
• Payment will be accepted with credit cards or business checks
• No purchase orders or personal checks are accepted.
• No refunds or exchanges on your prepaid invoice or on unused tickets or concessions.
• Field Trip booking is not final until the Field Trip Agreement is signed and accepted by the Corporate Office.
• When your booking is confirmed, submit your check request.
• Field Trips are not available on holidays, weekends, or for special engagements.
• Other restrictions may apply as determined by the film companies.
• A $50 NSF fee will be added to all returned checks.
• Field Trips will not be in private auditoriums.
• Release dates, showtimes and prices are subject to change.
• Confirmation guarantees your tickets for the 9:45 am show, but does not reserve a block of seats.
• Concession stand will be open for additional purchases.
• All attendees over the prepaid amount simply pay the admission listed above on arrival on event day.

How to book your Fieldtrip:

• Go to www.Santikos.com/Fieldtripsignup
• Fill out the request form on that page and click submit
• You will receive a Fieldtrip proposal via e-mail
• Review fieldtrip proposal, request any necessary changes.
• Approve final field trip proposal. To approve, scan or fax a signed copy of the fieldtrip proposal to:

      - Fax to 210-496-2720, Attn: Stephanie
• Ensure Santikos corporate office receipt of signed proposal
• Upon confirmed booking, arrange for payment. *A deposit of 100 tickets paid in advance at the corporate office one week prior to fieldtrip, via business check, money order or credit card. Cash, purchase orders and personal checks are not accepted forms of payment.
