How do I request a donation?
      Donation Policy: Santikos Theatres is proud to be involved in the betterment and advancement of its surrounding communities. If you would like to request a donation for a charitable cause, please send donation requests to www.santikos.com/donations as our policy has changed. Only donation requests submitted at www.santikos.com will be considered.

What are the age restrictions on ticket pricing?
      Please visit our ticket pricing page for detailed pricing information by theatre and type of ticket.

What do the ratings mean and at what age are restrictions enforced?
      Santikos Theatres follows MPAA Guidelines:
G - General Audiences
Nothing that would offend parents for viewing by children.
PG - Parental Guidance Suggested
Parents urged to give "parental guidance." May contain some materials parents might not like for their young.
PG-13 - Parents Strongly Cautioned
Parents urged to be cautious. Some material may be inappropriate for pre-teenagers.
R - Restricted. Children under 17 require accompanying parent or adult guardian
Contains some adult material. Parents are urged to learn more about the film before taking their young children with them.
NC-17 - No one 17 and under admitted.

What phone number do I call for showtimes and movie information?
      For Santikos’ showtimes and movie information, please call (210) 496-2221.

When do the theatres open?
      Theatres are open to the public approximately one hour prior to the first movie showing. The time may vary, however 10:30am is a good rule of thumb.

How do I purchase tickets online?
      We have recently upgraded our ticketing system and tickets are now available for purchase online! Click here for showtimes for your local theatre.

How do I get advanced tickets?
      Check out our advanced tickets page to see if advanced tickets are available for the movie you want to see.

I have a coupon, how long is it good for?
      Coupons are good until the day AFTER the stamped expiration date. For example, FEB 22 2008 is valid until 11:59pm on February 22, 2008.

My coupon says "Pass Restricted". What does that mean?
      Pass restrictions are set by the film companies, not by Santikos. Pass restrictions generally last the first 10 days of a films release. To find out which movies are pass restricted, check your local showtimes. In the newspapers, you will find to the right of pass restricted movies. On the Santikos website showtimes, you will see (no passes) to the right of pass restricted movies.

Does Santikos sell bulk tickets?
      Yes. Super Savers are sold for $5.00 each, in bundles of 50. Please visit our group discounts page to fill out the online Super Saver order form. *Super Savers are great for incentives, gifts, fundraisers and more!

Does Santikos have birthday parties or group rates?
      Yes, we have both! To make reservations for your birthday party, please fill out your request in our birthday parties section. Please note that birthday parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis…so book quickly!
      If you have a group of more than 15 guests you are eligible for a group discount, no reservation required. Groups over 100 are elidgeble for Field Trip booking and reservations are requested here. Please see our group packages section for more details!

I would like to rent out one of your theatres. How do I access more information?
      Please visit our Meetings & Events section for detailed information on theatre rentals. *Theatre Rentals are perfect for team building, fundraisers, private parties, client/employee appreciation, seminars, catered events and much more!

What is a Santikos Mobile VIP and how do I become one?
      We love to give back to the patrons who call Santikos home, and this is one of our special ways! Simply text the word SANTIKOS to the number 95613 and start receiving coupons and special offers today! VIP auditoriums are for patrons over the age of 18. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to these auditoriums even when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Step by step instructions to enroll:
  • Open the text message application on your cell phone.
  • Create a new text message and insert the number '95613' in the phone number portion.
  • In the message portion of the same text, key SANTIKOS (without any paces before or after) and press send.
  • You will receive a new text message within a few minutes with your mobile coupon for $1.00 off concessions.
  • On your next visit to the theatre of your choice, show your phone with the text coupon to the concessionist to receive your discount.

How do I stop receiving text message discounts and end my Santikos Mobile VIP membership?
      If you would like to discontinue receiving coupons and special offers, simply reply STOP to any incoming message or send a new text message to 95613 with the keyword STOP.

How do I access my gift card balance?
      To check your gift card balance Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm, please call the Santikos Corporate Office at 210-496-1300. After regular business hours please call any Santikos Theatre or bring your card to Guest Services at the Theatre. You may also check your balance on-line at www.santikos.com/balance.php.

What happened to your Reel Deal Reward Loyalty Program?
      We recently upgraded our operating system to provide many improvements for Santikos Patrons. We will be re-launching the loyalty program soon, with better reward tracking and new features like on-line balances and exclusive offers for members.
      Turn in your card at Guest Services today for a FREE MOVIE TICKET and FREE POPCORN! Existing rewards cards are not compatible with the new software and there are no records of previous balances. We apologize for any inconvenience. All members who turn in their card will earn a free ticket and popcorn regardless of your previous award level. We will continue to accept all printed Award Coupons.
